My name is Arsalaan and I’m here to change the current dynamic. I’m here to offer a halal shariah-compliant alternative to the apps that are out there, but first, let me tell you a bit about myself.
After graduating with a law degree, I found myself at a crossroads, contemplating how to channel my skills and education into a career that would not only be fulfilling but also make a positive impact on my community.
Background and Inspiration
Despite the opportunities that a legal career offered, I felt a deep desire to pursue something that resonated more personally with my values and aspirations. During this period of introspection, I often reflected on my father’s work. For a few years, he ran a Muslim matchmaking service, and I saw first-hand the difference he made in people’s lives by helping them find compatible partners who shared their faith and values.
His experience planted a seed in my mind, and as I considered my own future, I realized that I wanted to continue his legacy, but with a modern twist that would cater to the needs of today’s Muslim community.
