Welcome to Muslim Match Maker! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Muslim Match Maker (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of our application, website, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
• By using our Services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must immediately notify us of unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share your account or allow others to use it.

3. Acceptable Use

By using Muslim Match Maker, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Treat other users with respect and dignity.
• Refrain from uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that is:
  • Objectionable, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or threatening.
  • Hate speech, discriminatory, or incites violence.
  • Explicit, obscene, or sexually explicit in nature.
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Accounts engaging in such behavior will be terminated without warning.

4. Content and Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of providing our Services.
• You are solely responsible for the content you share on our platform.

5. Matches and Interactions

• We facilitate connections between users but do not guarantee compatibility or success in matchmaking.
• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Exercise caution and judgment when communicating or meeting in person.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Impersonate others or create fake profiles.
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or other malicious activities.
• Exploit our Services for commercial purposes without written consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our Services.

7. Subscription and Payments

• Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through the respective app stores (Google Play or Apple App Store).
• We do not store payment information locally.

8. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

• You violate these Terms or engage in objectionable behavior.
• You misuse our Services or breach applicable laws.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

• Our Services are provided “as is” without any warranties.
• We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Services or interactions with other users.

10. Data Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jhelum, Punjab, Pakistan.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter objectionable content or abusive users, please report them immediately via the in-app reporting feature or by emailing support@muslim-matchmakers.com.
